Your coach will help you set and prioritize goals in your first meeting. They'll pull from their experience and training to make tailored recommendations and set realistic expectations.
Step 3: Build Your Toolkit
You can expect that your coach won't just make recommendations for tools, but they will help you make a plan for how to implement them. After all, it doesn't matter how many tools you have in your toolbox if you don’t use them!
