Step 2: Meet Your Coach and Set Goals

Your coach will help you set and prioritize goals in your first meeting. They'll pull from their experience and training to make tailored recommendations and set realistic expectations. 


Step 3: Build Your Toolkit

You can expect that your coach won't just make recommendations for tools, but they will help you make a plan for how to implement them. After all, it doesn't matter how many tools you have in your toolbox if you don’t use them!


Step 4: Meet Your Goals and Close

While some clients prefer long-term coaching, our job is to put ourselves out of a job. At The How Skills, our goal is to provide you with a sustainable and flexible set of tools that you can maintain on your own and use throughout your life.
